Biomass pellets for alternative energy supply

Fuel pellets can be produced from a wide variety of biomass. A limiting factor here is the economic efficiency, as the biomass pellet competes with the wood chips or the wood pellet. Straw, miscanthus and biogenic waste materials, e.g. from landscape conservation, are the most frequently used biomass here. For the combustion of the pellets there are numerous compact heating systems that can be operated with different biomass.

Bedding pellets:

Extremely absorbent, odourless and without chemical additives. Pellets are dust free and therefore also suitable for sensitive or sick animals and due to the high pressing temperature free of bacteria and fungi. Easy handling, simple disposal as compost or fertilizer or substrate for biogas plants, no disposal costs.

Feed pellets:

The farmer can produce high-quality, storable animal feed by pelletizing his own raw materials. The MPA 1000 can mix a wide variety of raw materials such as hay, straw, alfalfa, cereals and then process them into a special feed pellet.

Biomass pellets from waste products:

Many harvesting and processing processes generate waste that has not been further processed for various reasons. Pellets can be produced from husks, peel bran, grain plaster, fermentation residues, horse manure or chicken manure, which can be used as fertilizer or fuel.
